Q. What is your pet policy?
A. DOG BREED RESTRICTIONS:
ROTTWEILER, BULL MASTIF, PITT BULL AND ANY MIXES WITH THESE BREEDS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
DOGS MUST BE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OLD

 
DEPOSITS AND FEE’S:
$350.00/ PET $100 REFUNDABLE & $250 NON-REFUNDABLE) MAXIMUM OF 3 PETS (No more than two dogs allowed per home)

 
PET RENT:
$25 per month, per pet

 
Q. What are your pool hours?
A. 7:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week

 
Q. What are the hours for the Resident Centers?
A. Business hours of the Leasing Office.

 
Q. How can I reserve the Clubhouse and/ or Guest Suite?
A. Contact our office directly via phone to email to request availability and fee schedule.

 
Q. Who should I contact for maintenance issues?
A. Emergency service calls should be made directly to maintenance at (303) 767-0180.
A. To report standard service requests to be completed within 24-48 hours, please post service request on resident services page or contact main office directly.

Q. When is my rent due?
A. Rent is always due on the first of every month; rent is late as of the 4th of every month. (Late fees apply and certified funds will be required).

 
Q. Can I pay rent with a credit card, debit card or ACH transaction?
A. Yes, go to the resident services page you will find a link to pay online or contact the office directly to set up on-going monthly withdrawals.

 
Q. How do I submit my notice to vacate?
A. Please provide us with a written, 60 day move out notice. You may bring your notice to vacate in or you may also email it to alexanarista@greystar.com.  

 
Q. What do I need to remember when moving in?
A. 1.) Have all your utilities been transferred into your name?
    2.) Make sure to bring income verification i.e. 1 month's of pay statements
    3.) All lease holders must sign the lease prior to releasing your new home to you. Please make sure all parties are able to sign the lease prior to move in.

 
Q. What do I need to remember when moving out?
A. Make sure the management team has received and processed your 60 day notice to vacate.
A. 1.) Carpet thoroughly vacuumed and all spots removed
    2.) Entire apartment, including range, exhaust fan, defrosting of refrigerator, bathrooms, closets and cabinets are clean.
    3.) Flooring thoroughly cleaned
    4.) Windows thoroughly cleaned inside and accessible exterior windows
    5.) Balcony swept off completely and all rubbish removed
    6.) All trash and belongings removed from apartment
    7.) Schedule a walk through with the appropriate staff members
    8.) Return all apartment keys, access cards, pool keys and mailbox keys no later then mid-night on your scheduled move-out day.
